• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Attempt to circumvent platform policies
• Use automated tools to scrape or collect data
• Violate intellectual property rights of others

7. Intellectual Property

HAM Trade is free, open-source software licensed under the MIT License. The source code is available on GitHub.

User-generated content (listings, messages, profiles, photos) remains the intellectual property of the users who created it. By posting content on HAM Trade, you grant the platform a non-exclusive license to display and distribute that content as necessary to operate the service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

This platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or secure access to the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HAM Trade shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.
